ADU Units

ADU Units – As of January 2020 the State of California changed the ordinance for Accessory Dwelling Units (Guest Houses) to allow for 2 new ADU’s on any R-1 Zoned lot. We have already built a handful of structures for homeowners using this new ordinance. We not only help with the construction, we also offer help coordinating and advising with all the trades needed to get these plans approved by the city.

An Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) is a residential unit that can be added to a lot with an existing single family home. ADUs can be detached (a separate building in a backyard), attached to or part of the primary residence, or even a garage conversion.
